All RESERVE MEMBERS ARE REMINDED your Beneficiary Designation Forms are due in Personnel by no later than the end of the Monthly ACSR Meeting on MONDAY, Feb 15, 2010. There are additional forms available on the MEMBERS ONLY index page for convenience. Members with NO CHANGES to make on their 2009 designation form do NOT need to turn in a new form for 2010. NEW MEMBERS MUST TURN IN A FORM IN ORDER TO BE COVERED by the INDIANA SHERIFFS ASSOCIATION's policy being offered.
All 2009 SERVICE HOURS must be turned in to Personnel by the end of February, 2010.

Retired Reserve Officer George J. Smith Died Thursday, February 4, 2010
A Viewing WALK THROUGH is being held for him on SUNDAY, February 7, 2010, at Harper & Son Funeral Home (740 St Rd 930 E in New Haven). OFFICERS MAY COME IN ANY UNIFORM that works for their duties that day. The Walk Through will form up at just before Noon and get under way at 12:15 p.m. His funeral service will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Monday.
Officer Smith served with the Allen County Sheriff's Reserves from January, 29, 1973 through 2008 and gave some 35 years of free service to the citizens and Sheriffs of Allen County.
We honor his life and mourn his passing.
